Our experience with DPF particulate filters and SCR catalytic converters began around 2007-2008, when these types of exhaust treatment systems began to appear in passenger cars. Mechanics and diagnosticians did not even know what a DPF or SCR filter was—they could only theorize. No one understood how many problems these systems caused. It was assumed that high oil levels, turbocharger failures, and engine failures were due to entirely different reasons. We have developed many innovative methods for diagnosing, repairing, and replacing particulate filters.

We offer many ways to handle problematic DPFs... we perform service burning, cleaning, and regenerating. Regeneration of SCR catalytic converters and DPFs in trucks, cleaning of SCR inserts, replacement of DPF/SCR catalytic converters and mufflers, removal of DPF filters, regeneration of DPF filters, replacement of DPF filters in Trondheim, and many other solutions only at our service! Since we started working on this topic, we have regenerated, replaced, and removed thousands of DPF and SCR catalytic converters. For every available solution to the problem with DPF and SCR, we have developed methods to physically remove/install the filter so that it does not cause any damage, removal/deactivation of FAP/DPF, and regeneration of DPF and SCR catalytic converters in a way that no longer causes problems, and in case of removal of a damaged filter, the modification is reversible. We always inform the customer about any faults we find and discuss with them how the fault should be corrected.
