Terms for Current Prices, Fees, and Expense Rules

Engineering and Consulting Stroisz aims to be a safe and reliable marketplace offering workshop rentals at reasonable prices for both tenants and landlords. The fees and rules for expenses below are intended to support a safe and reliable platform for both parties. Engineering and Consulting Stroisz rents out workshop space, and all rental prices apply only to the space rental. Tenants may use the workshop equipment free of charge at their own risk and responsibility.

Prices and Engineering og Rådgivning Stroisz’s Mediation Fee

The current prices are listed in Engineering og Rådgivning Stroisz's mobile applications for both Renter and Lessor. These include the price for the rental period and any agreed-upon rates for additional services. The Renter is responsible for the workshop and any expenses arising from its use during the rental period, including costs for materials used, cleanup fees, and any other applicable charges.

Renters are charged for each hour commenced in their rental period. Engineering og Rådgivning Stroisz charges the Renter the combination of price points that results in the lowest total cost. Engineering og Rådgivning Stroisz’s mediation fee, insurance, and VAT. Mediation fees to Engineering og Rådgivning Stroisz are intended to cover costs for the development, operation, and marketing of the platform.

Cancellation Fee

We encourage our members to notify us well in advance if they need to cancel a rental to minimize disruption for the other party. The following rules and fees apply upon cancellation:

For the Renter:

• • After the rental period has started: Renter must pay full price.
  • Less than 1 hour after booking: No fee.
  • More than 1 hour after booking and more than 48 hours before the rental starts: Renter must pay half the rental price.
  • Less than 48 hours before rental starts: Renter must pay full price.
  • If booking will done less than 48h then rental starts: Renter must pay half the rental price.
    
    We do not refund money if you don't use the booked time. We encourage good planning before you order the workshop.

Fees for Breach of Terms

If unacceptable behavior that breaches the terms occurs, the Renter will be charged the following fees:

For misuse of the workshop (e.g., leaving it excessively dirty or using it for prohibited activities):

• • NOK 5,000 for significant cleaning or damage repair.

For late extension of rental period:

• • If a Renter extends the rental period too late, affecting other renters, the Renter will be charged a fee in addition to the rental price for the extra time.
  • NOK 500 (+ additional rental price)

Failure to report damage:

• • If damage occurs and is not reported immediately, the Renter will be charged a fee in addition to the cost of repair or the deductible.
  • NOK 2,500 (+ cost of repair or deductible)

Expenses and Outlays During the Rental Period

The Renter is responsible for the workshop and any expenses incurred from its use up until the return, including any fees for additional services required during the rental. Engineering og Rådgivning Stroisz automatically calculates the cost of any additional services according to the prevailing rates at the time. Renters are responsible for any other expenses associated with the workshop during the rental period. Failure to pay these expenses may result in Engineering og Rådgivning Stroisz and the Lessor demanding compensation for these costs afterward, in addition to a fee for the additional administrative work.

Deposit at the Time of Rental

Engineering og Rådgivning Stroisz reserves NOK 2,000 as a deposit as security for payment of the rental, any additional services, and other related costs. The deposit is released after the workshop is returned and may take up to 7 working days after the return of the workshop for the funds to be available to the Renter again.
