DPF / SCR Replacement - Types of Filters and Catalysts
- New DPF/SCR – brand new DPF, SCR, or filters/catalysts with completely new inserts.
Our offer includes original DPF filters, replacement filters for DPF, and completely new inserts for DPF filters, which are installed instead of the damaged monolith. Our filters are of very good quality; an original filter will, after installation in a brand new car, have the same lifespan as the first assembly filter, i.e., approximately 150-300,000 km. Replacement filters and new inserts should last (after installation in a brand new car) for approximately 100-150,000 km. - Regenerated DPF and SCR
These are filters and catalysts most likely from test vehicles with low mileage, in many cases practically new, which we have checked and undergone the regeneration process. They are a cheaper alternative to brand new or replacement filters. - Maintenance-Free DPF Filter
Filters that allow you to maintain Euro 4 standard or upgrade from Euro 2.3 to Euro 4. They require no maintenance, no electronics, or chemical additives to burn off the filter!
DPF Filter and/or Catalyst Replacement
The process of replacing DPF filters and/or SCR catalysts varies depending on the type of vehicle, brand, and model, but for each case, it consists of similar steps:
- Diagnosis
- Repair
- DPF / SCR Replacement
- Adjustment and new diagnosis
Replacing DPF or SCR is sometimes quite simple, especially on older car models. Unfortunately, the design and location of the system in most vehicles, especially those that meet Euro 5 and Euro 6 standards, are very complicated, and in some cases, it even requires the engine to be removed from the car. We have extensive experience with such repairs and know how to replace the filter without damaging anything else in the process. We have replaced or removed DPF filters in almost all passenger car models available on the market. We do not perform removal/installation of mufflers on trucks; the customer must provide the part that has been removed.
If your DPF/FAP filter or SCR catalyst is damaged and needs to be replaced, there is no need to buy new from an authorized dealer. We sell NEW DPF/FAP filters and SCR catalysts, as well as filters with completely new inserts, at very attractive prices! Authorized workshops and other independent workshops avail themselves of our services and products. It is important to note that there may be several independent faults in the vehicle at the same time that sometimes cannot be detected, so all repairs should be done step by step. If the DPF is physically damaged and other faults are not obvious, you should first replace the filter and then look for other faults. Usually, during the DPF replacement, we only perform fault reading, filter replacement, and adjustments. All other repairs must be agreed upon separately with the person receiving the car for repair.
